<p>Two new foreign asset registration proposals on Moonbeam (#97 and #98) are currently under decision through Fast General Admin for LAOS Network (Polkadot ParaId 3370) and Pendulum (Polkadot ParaId 2094). These are the first proposals that follow the new methodology for having these assets as ERC20s on Moonbeam instead of using Pallet Assets, and thus this batch proposal is required for setting these as XCM fee assets, since the xcmWeightTrader call requires a different origin (General Admin) than the asset registration proposal.</p>
<p>Once accepted, this proposal will register xcLAOS and xcEURC.s on Moonbeam, enhancing cross-chain liquidity, giving the option for the Moonbeam community to hold a euro stablecoin, and enabling other DeFi utilities like lending and borrowing on dApps.</p>

  exceed the constant: `batched_calls_limit` (available in constant metadata).

If origin is root then the calls are dispatched without checking origin filter. (This
includes bypassing `frame_system::Config::BaseCallFilter`).
