## Summary

We propose to set the transactInfo for the relay chain with the following parameters:

TransactExtraWeight: 3_000_000_000 (1_000_000_000 per instruction)

20_000_000_000(as per the configuration of max individual messages in Polkadot)

fee_per_second: 120692776537 (extrapolating that Polkadot charges 1/10 Cent for the ExtrinsicBaseWeight)

Additionally we propose to assign derivative index 30 for the Lido SC. This will allow the Lido SC to use the derivative index to perform their liquid staking:

The procedure to calculate the fee_per_second is as follows
