## TL:DR

The following proposal sets the transact info for the relay chain and assigns a derivative index for the Lido SC

## Summary

We propose to set the transactInfo for the relay chain with the following parameters:

TransactExtraWeight: 3_000_000_000 (1_000_000_000 per instruction)

20_000_000_000(as per the configuration of max individual messages in Polkadot)

fee_per_second: 120692776537 (extrapolating that Polkadot charges 1/10 Cent for the ExtrinsicBaseWeight)

Additionally we propose to assign derivative index 30 for the Lido SC. This will allow the Lido SC to use the derivative index to perform their liquid staking:

Lido SC: 0xa4b43F9B0aef0b22365727e93E91c096a09ef091

Index: 30

## Proposal

Proposal #36 with the following hash: 0x95c820abb9be08a5d210272aa6375c0e1d491c03d736dbd252db6ff8502892ab

## Technical details:

The procedure to calculate the fee_per_second is as follows

FeePerSecond = WeightPerSecond * BaseExtrinsicCost / BaseExtrinsicWeight = 1e12 * 1e7 / 82_855_000

Send a batch of dispatch calls and atomically execute them.
The whole transaction will rollback and fail if any of the calls failed.

May be called from any origin.

- `calls`: The calls to be dispatched from the same origin. The number of call must not
  exceed the constant: `batched_calls_limit` (available in constant metadata).

If origin is root then call are dispatch without checking origin filter. (This includes
bypassing `frame_system::Config::BaseCallFilter`).

# <weight>
- Complexity: O(C) where C is the number of calls to be batched.
# </weight>

- This proposal is about setting transaction information for the relay chain and assigning a derivative index for the Lido SC.
- The proposal suggests specific parameters for the transactInfo, including TransactExtraWeight, max individual messages, and fee_per_second.
- It also assigns derivative index 30 to the Lido SC, which will help with liquid staking.
- The proposal has a specific hash code: 0x95c820abb9be08a5d210272aa6375c0e1d491c03d736dbd252db6ff8502892ab.
- The fee_per_second is calculated using a formula involving WeightPerSecond, BaseExtrinsicCost, and BaseExtrinsicWeight.
