The Moonbeam Foundation is expanding the Orbiters Program to Moonbeam https://moonbeam.foundation/news/moonbeam-orbiters-program/ The orbiters program is another option for collators to participate in supporting the network and ensuring the collator pool is decentralized and operating at a high level of performance.  

* This proposal is scheduled to execute on block 1950605
* Increase the collator active set by 4, bringing the total to 68 to accommodate for the new orbiter pool accounts.  
* Adds 4 new collator accounts into the orbiter’s pool.  These are the collator accounts which will contain all the individual orbiter accounts.

Please note that the Moonbeam Foundation has funds set aside to ensure these new collators get into the active set.  This is not a “typical” pool increase, as the Foundation will actively back these new accounts.
