Proposal to increase the current set by 4 collators given the following reasons:

- Match the number of moonriver collators;
- Alleviate pressure on existing collators since new whales have entered the set
- 4 collators on waiting list have more than 2 million glimmer in stake

Set the total number of collator candidates selected per round
- changes are not applied until the start of the next round

- There is a proposal to add 4 more collators to the current set.
- This is being done to match the number of collators on Moonriver.
- It will also help reduce the workload on existing collators.
- There are 4 collators on the waiting list who have a lot of glimmer in stake.
- The proposal is being made to make the network run more smoothly.
